Towamencin Man Ordered to Stay Away From Lansdale Gym

A 22-year-old Towamencin man received a one-year probation sentence and must stay away from a Lansdale gym after pleading guilty in Montgomery County Court, according to North Penn Life.

The report says that Zachary Maybin pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct, summary harassment and summary criminal mischief. Maybin is accused of kicking a hole in a locker room wall of Total Body Fitness Gym on Broad Street in an incident in November of last year.

A simple assault charge was reportedly dismissed from the case during the preliminary hearing in December.
