Towamencin Township Sets Date for Community Day

Towamencin Township’s annual Community Day event will be held Saturday, May 16 from 12 to 4 p.m. at Fischer’s Park, 2225 Bustard Road.

The day will include food, information booths, vendors, kids activities, live music and more.

Kids activities include inflatables, police and fire activities, face painting, balloon animals, free petting zoo, pony rides, games and more.

“This is a great opportunity to enjoy the park and festivities with your family and feel free to bring your pets,” an announcement from Towamencin Township said.

Here is the schedule of events:

12 pm: Opening Ceremony: National Anthem and Color Guard

12 - 1 pm: Montgomery County Concert Band

1 - 3 pm: North Penn High School Colombia Jazz Band, Navy Jazz Band and Ambassadors

3 - 4 pm: Babylon School of Dance
