An accident left Route 309 shut down for hours Friday morning.
HATFIELD, PA — An tractor trailer fire left Route 309 shut down for hours Friday morning.
The incident occurred at around 9:01 a.m. in Hatfield. It's left 309 shut down between Bergey Road and Cowpath Road, according to MontcoPA Active Incidents.
The tractor trailer also leaked fuels into the roadway, leading to a Hazmat team being called to the scene, according to WFMZ.

The closure was initially announced to be in place "indefinitely." Lanes were reopened in the afternoon.
No injuries have been reported.
