'Train Emergency Simulation' To Be Held In Lansdale

The multi-agency training exercise is the result of nearly a year of planning, and will help local authorities prepare for the worst.

LANSDALE, PA — Local law enforcement officials never anticipate a disaster happening, but they have to always be prepared.

That's the thinking behind an upcoming "train emergency simulation" at the Lansdale SEPTA Station, which will help agencies better react a potential disaster.

The simulation, which is the result of nearly a year of planning, training, and classroom exercises, will be held on Sunday, May 16.
