Walmart Opens 'Community Academy' In Hatfield

The corporate giant says the free school offers classes on personal finance, career advancement, and advice buying a car or home.

HATFIELD, PA — Walmart has opened one of its new free schools in Montgomery County.

The newest Walmart Community Academy has opened its doors in Hatfield, officials said. The free school is located inside the Walmart Supercenter on Bethlehem Pike.

There are around 200 of these academies around the world, which Walmart says "train Walmart associates on retail skills and lay a path to their career growth."
