A Great Blue Heron hangs out near the creek and sometimes hides in the drain pipe under a bridge.
“The wing span of this heron was huge,” said reader Nicole Maae. “I thought I was seeing things when it flew by yesterday, and then my daughter was walking home from school today and saw it too. That’s when she took the pictures and videos.”
