William Joseph Decker, 79, Kulpsville and West Point Service Station Owner

William Joseph "Willie" Decker, 79, of Perkasie, a Lansdale native, died Jan. 3, according to his online tribute.
Decker owned two service stations in West Point, Upper Gwynedd and Kulpsville, Towamencin Township, per his tribute.
He worked for 20 years for Quality Coach and spent his final years delivering auto parts.
