Wood Thrush, Species of Concern, Spotted In Blue Bell's Crossways Preserve
Good news for nature lovers in the Blue Bell area.

Blue Bell, PA -- Conservationists spotted a nesting wood thrush, a species of "very high concern," at the Crossways Preserve in Blue Bell recently.
The sighting is very encouraging to ecologists as wood thrush populations have been rapidly declining.
Habitat loss and fragmentation of habitats - or the creation of habitat "islands," has isolated populations and reduced their viability throughout the region.
