A 102-acre property in Plumstead Township is the most expensive residential property currently on the market in Bucks County.

The property, located on Twin Silo Road with a Doylestown mailing address, is listed at $10.5 million. It includes a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom 1710 farm house with later additions, “stunning” and “exquisite” gardens, a guest house and a historic barn.

The property also features a resort-style heated pool, tennis courts, a two-acre pond and a full-scale hedge maze, among other features.

The monthly pricetag? Zillow estimates the mortgage payment would be more than $40,600. That doesn’t include annual property taxes, which were more than $66,000 in 2014.

The property was last sold in 1988 for $4.1 million.
