Royersford Borough has never sponsored its own fireworks, Mayor Jenna Antoniewicz said. The Waltz Golf Farm in Limerick has for many years offered a fireworks display that is a fully private event, not publically sponsored, explained Lisa Waltz. Because of pandemic-related planning issues, this year's July 4th event did not come together in time, but Waltz said the Waltz family "absolutely" plans to have its fireworks show next year.

Due to the pandemic, counties or cities may adjust or cancel events at the last minute, so double-check with organizers. Know of other events in the area? Post them on the Patch calendar or share details on our free Neighbor Post feature.
