Brooke Elementary Wins ExxonMobil Grant

The grant will be used to purchase science and math materials.

The ExxonMobil Corporation recently awarded Brooke Elementary School a $500 grant througb its ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program. 

The school was nominated by Top Star Express, an Emmaus-based company. Top Star Express nominated Brooke Elementary "for its ability to make the learning experience fun and approachable", according to a press release from the school district. 

Brooke's principal, Dr. Edward Mackel, said the grant money would be used to purchase math and science materials.

“We appreciate this generous gift, which will help enhance the learning experience for all Brooke Elementary students,” Mackel said in the release.
