Limerick Township firefighters complete course

Firefighters complete firefighting course about engine company operations.

Members of the Township Fire Companies completed a 16 hour Engine Company Operations Course over the weekend. Firefighters attended two classroom sessions during the week at the Limerick station then went to the Skippack Fire Company training facility to complete the practical evolution portion of the class.

Training included different hose loads for use on the apparatus and their use, advancement of hose lines and coordinating effort to work more effectively as a team. The class was taught by instructors from the Bucks County Public Safety Training Center.
