A Limerick woman and a Lower Pottsgrove man have sued a Pottstown resident over an incident where it is alleged dogs attacked the two plaintiffs, according to a report in the Pottstown Mercury.
Katie Fadeley, of Limerick, claimed in her lawsuits that dogs owned by Robert Schrack attacked Fadely on March 15, causing multiple injuries. Kurt Buchler, of Lower Pottsgrove, said in his lawsuit, filed on behalf of himself and his wife, that he was injured by the dogs as he tried to rescue Fadeley.Â
Schrack was renting the property in the 600 block of Wilson Street from owner Glenn Waldt, who is also named as a defendant in both suits. Fadeley was visiting Schrack's home at the time of the alleged attack.
