Royersford To Host Montco And Chesco Mental Health Wellness Fair

Officials said that the event was spurred by recent suicides and aims to raise awareness of the many local organizations offering support.

ROYERSFORD, PA — Royersford will host a mental health wellness fair this week in an effort to raise awareness of the many local organizations working to combat the suicide epidemic and offer support.

Officials said that the event was spurred by recent suicides in the area.

"I hope the Spring-Ford community will see value in attending to check out what our counties, as well as private and nonprofit organizations, offer for all of us," Royersford Mayor Jenna Antoniewicz told Patch. "Join us for yourself, a family member, a friend, or just as an active citizen who wants to educate him or herself on just some of the services offered in our area! In the very least, help us spread the word about it."
