As heavy snow heads this way, a declared Snow Emergency goes into effect Wednesday morning in Royersford Borough.

ROYERSFORD, PA — Royersford Borough Mayor Jenna Antoniewicz has declared a Snow Emergency in the borough, beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday and asks residents to help prepare.

The NWS predicts heavy mixed precipitation with snow accumulations in excess of 12 inches, along with a light glaze of ice. Winds gusts may be as high as 35 miles per hour, the NWS said Tuesday.
