Vacant Rite-Aid Could Get New Tenant Soon

A Lower Pottsgrove commissioner announced that a possible tenant had been making inquiries about the property.

 

According to a story in the Sanatoga Post, Lower Pottsgrove Commissioner Bruce Foltz had some news about a long-vacant building in Sanatoga during the board's June 3 meeting. 

Foltz said aloud that he had heard two rumors - one, that something was going on with the former St. Pius X High School property, and two, that inquiries had been made about the former Rite Aid at the corner of East High Street and North Pleasantview Road.

Township staff acknowledged that a kidney dialysis center had been looking at the property and is "anxious to move," according to the Post.
