Houston Man Charged With Lower Macungie Murder
Alexander Brown of Houston, TX, has been charged with the Oct. 4 shooting of a Lower Macungie man.

Alexander Brown, 25, of Houston, TX , has been charged with shooting Gary Wragg of Lower Macungie Township, according to WFMZ.
Brown allegedly shot Wragg multiple times at around 11:45 pm on the evening of October 4. The murder took place in the parking lot of the Meadowyck Condominiums where Wragg lived. The Allentown Morning Call reports that their meeting was a “chance encounter.”
“There was no known connections between the two,” Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin said. “It was just an inopportune time for Mr. Wragg to have returned home.”

Brown is being held in the Harris County Jail in Texas for a kidnapping his ex-girlfriend and baby son in Texas. He took them to New York City with him, where they escaped.
Brown had stopped in Allentown on his way back, for unidentified reasons, according to police. He will be charged with Wragg’s murder by the Pennsylvania State Police.
