Last Chance: Support Children in Need Through The Pajama Program
The Lower Macungie Community Center is collecting new pajamas and books for local children's shelters through Saturday.

This fall, the Lower Macungie Community Center has once again been participating in The Pajama Program, a nationwide effort to help children in need, by collecting new pajamas and books.
All items collected through the LMT donation drive will be given to local children's shelters and they are especially in need of teenage sizes (12+) and boys PJ's in all sizes, according to a flyer about the effort.
Last year LMT collected 140 pairs of pajamas and 105 books. Since 2001, The Pajama Program has provided more than 1 million pajamas and books to children in need nationwide.
Donations can be dropped off in the LMT Community Center Lobby through Saturday.
