Macungie Pup 'Maggie' Found
Maggie, the shih-tzu/pug mix who escaped from her Macungie home on Monday, has been found and should be home soon, according to her owner.
Maggie, the 7-year-old shih-tzu/pug mix who escaped from her Macungie home on Monday, is coming home today, according to her owner Christa. Christa reported the good news on the Lower Macungie Facebook page at about 10 a.m. Wednesday.
"Maggie has been found," writes Christa in her Facebook post. "The Sanctuary at Haafsville has her and she will be home soon! Woohoo! Thanks everyone for your support and prayers."
Maggie got away from her home on South Church Street Monday night.
Christa contacted Lower Macungie Patch on Facebook on Tuesday to ask for help in spreading the word about Maggie.
