Shoemaker Art Club Paints Carmike Movie Theatre
The Shoemaker Elementary School Art Club recently made the Disney film "Frozen" come to life through a mural painted on the windows of the Carmike Movie Theatre at the Promenade Shops of Saucon Valley.

The Shoemaker 5th Grade Art Club recently painted a mural on the windows of the Carmike Movie Theatre at the Promenade Shops of Saucon Valley, according to a press release by East Penn School District.
The theme off the project centered on the new Disney movie, "Frozen." In all, it took the students two hours to design the images and four hours to paint the images onto the glass, the release says.
Shoemaker art teacher Jeffrey Shreck played a key role in making the project come together, and members of the club even had Emmaus High School student Laura Kuhns come out to assist the in their efforts. Kuhns is doing her senior class project on being an elementary educator.
