Temporary traffic lights have been installed by PennDOT on Brookside Road to keep things moving during the extended $1 million bridge repair project in Lower Macungie Township. The pair of lights, which will be used during the entire four-month project, were slowing things down at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday -- well before rush hour.
