Woodmont Valley at Lower Macungie Named ‘Community of the Year’

Woodmont Properties announced today that it was honored with nine awards from the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of New Jersey Awards, including the coveted “Community of the Year” award for its luxury apartment community, Woodmont Valley in Lower Macungie, PA.

Woodmont Properties was awarded one of the highest honors of the night in the “Best Rental Community of The Year – Rental Under Average $2,000” for Woodmont Valley. Another notable honor was awarded to Sean Bleifer, senior project manager of Metropolitan Lofts, for the “Project Manager of the Year” award.

Metropolitan Lofts: Project Manager of the Year – Sean Bleifer

In addition to the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association Awards of Excellence, Woodmont Properties was also recognized by the New Jersey Builders Association Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards in the following categories for Best Website for a Rental Community; Best Digital Display Campaign for Woodmont Cove at South Amboy and Best Online Video for Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station.

Each year, the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey honors its members during the Awards of Excellence event, which recognizes builders, associates, founders, remodelers, communities and distinguished services based in Essex, Morris, Union, Somerset, Warren, and Hunterdon counties.
