FREE Real Estate Trade Show Features Vendors, Seminars

The 14th annual DIG Trade Show offers something for all in the home repair/investment market.

Real estate investors, landlords and the homeowning general public can gain insight on easy home repairs, attend seminars on a variety of investing options and learn about the latest trends for home renovations during the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group’s 14th annual trade show.

Held Nov. 1 at Radisson Hotel at the Valley Forge Casino Resort, the event features more than 60 vendors specializing in kitchen design, appliances, granite, tile, paint, insulation and more. Novices and experienced real estate investors alike can step up to the genius bar where real estate experts will answer their burning questions. All attendees will be entered for a chance to win one of three raffle prizes. Guests can receive additional raffle tickets for pre-registering online and bringing and friend.

The event, which runs from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., also features three one-hour-long educational seminars:

  • 5 Keys to Managing Multiple Rehabs without Losing Your Mind

Speaker Larry Steinhouse will share several ways he buys properties without using any of his own money. He will discuss:

  • How to buy real estate without using a bank
  • How to get the seller to hold the mortgage
  • Other ways to purchase a house without wiping out your savings

Speaker Ian Walsh will discuss the importance of marketing for real estate investment deals and share the who, what, where, when and why of an effective marketing plan. He will discuss:

  • What kind of marketing they are using
  • The best form of marketing

Speaker Andressa Guidelli will share her successful approach for creating an organized process to manage multiple home rehab projects. She will offer insight on how to:

  • Analyze a property as an appraisal
  • Systems
  • Funding

DIG Executive Director Stephanie Pappas expects this year’s trade show to be bigger and better than those in the past, particularly with the new date. She said the organization switched to a November date – instead of August – as fewer people would be traveling. More than 500 people attend each year and Pappas said she anticipates even more visitors this year.
