June was the biggest month for buying a house this summer in the Philadelphia five-county area.
In June, 25 percent of homes for sale sold in Bucks County, 28 percent sold in Chester County, 20 percent sold in Delaware County, 24 percent sold in Montgomery County and 17 percent sold in Philadelphia.
