4 Neshaminy Elementary Schools Among Top 500 In Pennsylvania, New Ranking Says
Buck Elementary was the top-ranked Neshaminy school on the newly-released list. Three other local schools made the top 500.
Neshaminy School District had an impressive showing in a new ranking of the best elementary schools in Pennsylvania.
The ranking, done by information analysts Niche.com, was based on "rigorous analysis" of key statistics from the U.S. Department of Education, as well as reviews from students and parents, the website said.
Four Neshaminy elementary schools were included in the list's top 500 across the state. Buck Elementary School was the top-ranked Neshaminy school, coming 323rd.

Central Bucks' Titus Elementary School was the highest-ranked elementary school in all of Bucks County, coming in 32nd. The highest-ranked school in all of Pennsylvania was Ithan Elementary School in the Radnor Township School District, which also finished in 16th place nationwide.
Ranking factors include state test scores, student-teacher ratio, student diversity, teacher quality, grade school ratings, and the overall quality of the school district, according to Niche.com.

Here are the four Neshaminy schools that made the list's top 500, followed by their statewide ranking number:
- Buck Elementary School (323)
- Hoover Elementary (325)
- Schweitzer Elementary (352)
- Heckman Elementary (396)
