5 Things to Do This Weekend in Bucks County
From Holiday House Tours to parades and tree displays, there is plenty of fun to be had this weekend in Bucks County.

Looking for something fun and festive to do this weekend in Bucks County?
Here are our picks if you want to have some holiday fun in the area:
- The Newtown Historic Association will host its annual Holiday House Tour Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The tour will feature a dozen private and public properties. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online by clicking here.
- The 21st annual Christmas in Doylestown Holiday House Tour and Boutique opens Friday and continues in to Saturday. The event, organized by St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, will feature four decorated homes and holiday tea in the parish hall. It will be held Friday, Dec. 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door.
- If it rains Saturday, as forecasters are predicting, check out Bucks County TreeFest. The indoor display features 25 themed trees created by area businesses and organizations. Trees are displayed at the Bucks County Visitor Center in Bensalem, which is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
- Newtown’s annual Holiday Parade is Sunday at 2 p.m. The annual tradition, organized by the Newtown Business Association and sponsored by McCaffrey’s, features a variety of floats, entertainment and community organizations.The parade begins at The Stocking Works on State Street and travels to Sycamore Street, where it ends at Goodnoe Corner.
- Ivyland Fire Company will host Breakfast with Santa on Sunday from 8 am to 1 p.m. at 62 Wilson Ave., Ivyland. The cost is $7 for adults ($6 for EMS with photo ID) and $5 for children ages 5-12. Younger children eat free.
