BMW Driver Wanted For Hit-And-Run On Bristol Road
A Mercury sedan was parked alongside Bristol Road when a driver slammed into the back of it, then drove away, police say.
UPPER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — Police in Upper Southampton are looking for the driver of a BMW they say slammed into a parked car on Sunday, then drove away.
The crash happened at about 1:25 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Bristol Road. Police say a Mercury sedan was parked alongside the road when it was hit by what they believe was possibly a 2014 BMW X5 SUV.
Photos of the crash show the Mercury was pushed up onto grass alongside the road and that it's rear end was severely busted up in the crash.

The driver of the SUV then drove away from the scene, police say, and officers who responded to the crash weren't able to find it.
Township police are asking the public to be on the lookout for the SUV. They say it probably has severe front-end damage.
