Feasterville Man Stalked, Threatened Victim: Police

Police say the 30-year-old drove around the victim's neighborhood and texted, claiming that he had a weapon.

CHALFONT, PA — A Feasterville man is in jail after police say he threatened and stalked a victim, claiming to have a weapon.

Dean Erik Toothman, Jr., 30, was arrested Friday by Central Bucks Regional Police. According to police, someone called them March 21 and said Toothman had been sending frequent, harassing text messages.

Toothman also drove around the victim's neighborhood several times and texted that he had a weapon, according to police. A warrant for his arrest was issued and, on Friday morning, he was taken into custody and charged with stalking, terroristic threats and two counts of harassment.

According to court documents, Toothman was unable to post 10 percent of $25,000 bail and was taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility.
