Man Arrested In Lower Southampton Shooting
Police say the 20-year-old fired into another vehicle at two different locations last Wednesday night.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — Police in Lower Southampton have arrested a man they say fired shots into another vehicle at two different locations last week.
Logan Dean Nicol, 20, was arrested Tuesday with the help of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Philadelphia Police Department.
He had been wanted on charges including aggravated assault and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, according to police.

According to Lower Southampton Township Police, the incident started last Wednesday at the entrance to the Eastern Dawn mobile home park on Brownsville Road. There, they say, the shooter they say was Nicol fired a handgun into another vehicle.
The victim and shooter then both drove along Brownsville Road toward Middletown Township and the Neshaminy Creek, where more shots were fired, police said. The shootings happened at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

Nicol was taken Tuesday to Bensalem Police Department, where he was processed and arraigned via video. His bail was set at 10 percent of $200,000 and he was taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility to await his preliminary hearing.
