Maple Avenue Bridge Reopens Wednesday

The new Maple Avenue bridge will reopen to traffic next week.

The bridge’s tentative reopening is for 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning, the Bucks County Courier Times reports. That’s about a month ahead of schedule.

According to a PennDOT spokesperson, drivers can expect some lane closures for the installation of a water-monitoring system.

The $7.3 million bridge has taken two years to construct, according to figures from the Courier Times.
