PA Woman Killed By Her Dog Was A Dancer Who Loved The Beach, Obituary Says

Lisa A. Green, 32, died in the dog attack at her home on April 27, despite several neighbors' attempts to stop the horrific encounter.

Services have been set for an Eastern Pennsylvania woman who died after being attacked by her own dog last week. Lisa A. Green, 32, of Breinigsville died in the attack at her home on April 27, despite several neighbors' attempts to stop the violent encounter.

According to her obituary, Green was a store manager for Bed, Bath and Beyond for the last 16 years. She was a graduate of Palmerton Area High School, where she played field hockey and served as a majorette for the Blue Bombers.

"She enjoyed dancing from an early age, attending Melody's Dance Studio in Palmerton. She also loved spending time at the beach," her obituary says.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 6 at T.K. Thomas Funeral Home, 145 Delaware Ave, Palmerton. Memorials may be made to Meals-On-Wheels of Palmerton, 135 Lafayette Ave.; or Dream Come True, Blue Ridge Chapter, PO Box 344, both in Palmerton 18071.
