Pair Stole Elderly Woman's Wallet At Acme: Police
In Feasterville, the woman distracted their victim while the man took her wallet from her shopping cart, police say.
FEASTERVILLE, PA — Police are looking for a man and woman they say teamed up to steal a wallet from an elderly woman at the Acme grocery store in Feasterville.
The theft happened at about 5 p.m. on Thursday at the Acme store at 105 E. Street Rd., according to the Lower Southampton Police Department.
According to police, security video showed the woman holding up cans of tomato sauce and appearing to ask the victim for help. While she did so, the man is shown opening the elderly woman's purse and taking her wallet.
