LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — Police in Lower Southampton say a 56-year-old woman from Philadelphia finished a grocery shopping trip by jumping into someone else's car and stealing it.

Police say Kimberly Ann Means is the woman who, on April 22, abandoned a shopping cart near the intersection of Bustleton and Bridgetown Pike. There, they say, she found a silver, 2009 Chevrolet Malibu parked in a lot with the keys still in it.
