MALVERN, PA -- A New York City-based auction company will hold a sale for a "luxurious sanctuary" in Malvern on October 28.

Using their Instant Gavel mobile app, Concierge Auctions will hold an auction for the property on 221 Spring Road.

The 18.8 acre estate was originally built in 1755 and includes six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool, a pond, tennis and basketball courts, a "floating" limestone staircase, and seven fireplaces.

“Set amid beautifully planned formal gardens, stone retaining walls and rolling lawns, this stone and frame European-style manor home is grand in scale but offers intimate spaces for casual living,” Melodie Kahr of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty said. “The auction is sure to attract sophisticated buyers who will appreciate its attention to detail.”

Previously listed for $6.2 million, the property will sell without reserve.
