MALVERN, PA -- A New York City-based auction company will hold a sale for a "luxurious sanctuary" in Malvern on October 28.

Using their Instant Gavel mobile app, Concierge Auctions will hold an auction for the property on 221 Spring Road.

The 18.8 acre estate was originally built in 1755 and includes six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool, a pond, tennis and basketball courts, a "floating" limestone staircase, and seven fireplaces.

Previously listed for $6.2 million, the property will sell without reserve.
