Malvern Considers Adding Two Stories Of Apartments To King Street Building
The apartments in downtown Malvern would rise above existing commercial properties.

Malvern, PA -- The borough of Malvern is considering an addition of two stories of apartments to a downtown building, according to Planning Commission case logs.
The structure at 346 E. King Street would have a total of four apartments added above it under the new plan.
There are presently two businesses using the lower levels of the building: Counting Sheep Mattress and Bedding and Loyal Vape Co.

The application to build was originally discussed on February 18 and formally submitted on March 24 and was first reviewed on April 5, according to borough documents.
At the upcoming Planning Commission Meeting on June 16, the 346 E. King Street development is on the agenda. Bob Chambers of Chambers Flooring, a neighboring business, is set to speak on the issue.
