New Malvern Housing Complex Taking Resident Applications

MALVERN, PA — A new apartment home community in Malvern is now taking applications from interested residents.

Arlo was developed by LCOR and in addition to accepting applications now is also offering tours of models and the newly opened clubhouse.

The 269,000-square -foot community is located on Swedesford Road, just off Route 202, across the street from The Grove, a new lifestyle center with dining and entertainment destinations.

It's got 244 units in studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. GE appliances, Moen faucets, quartz countertops, and more highlight the units.
