PA's Most Expensive Zip Codes: Malvern

MALVERN, PA – A new study from a real estate data firm laid out the most expensive zip codes in Pennsylvania and, unsurprisingly, the Main Line has some pricey homes. So where did Malvern land on the list?

Well first let's make clear how the ranks were compiled.

Real estate data firm Property Shark created the list based off the median price of homes sold over the past year, from June 2016 to July 2017.

Malvern was listed as the 12th most expensive zip code (19355) in the state with a median home price of $470,000. Nearby Exton (19341) was ranked as the 44th most expensive zip with media prices of $350,000.

The top 22 spots on the list are all from the five-county Philadelphia area, as are 49 of the top 50.
