A Third Wawa Is Among Planned East Whiteland Developments

Among the massive planned developments across East Whiteland Township is yet another Wawa.

A regular Wawa is already located just off Route 29 on Swedesford Road, and then a super Wawa with a gas station is located near the corner of Route 30 and Route 29.

Now another Wawa is proposed at The Haven at Atwater, the massive new development located east of Morehall Road across from Flat Road.

The Wawa would join a hotel, bank, and two restaurants in the proposed development, along with several neighborhoods of townhomes and apartments in the area.

The increased population could justify another Wawa. But given the fact that there are two more Wawas within a mile on Route 29, would that be too much?
