Halladay Lists Newtown Square Home at $1.95M

Former Phillie Roy Halladay has put his Newtown Square home on the market.

The 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom home is listed at $1,950,000. Among its many features, according to the Zillow.com listing, are the “expansive master retreat comprises a bedroom with vaulted ceiling and luxurious his and her baths.” The home also boasts a potting room, guest house, exercise room and sauna, Zillow says.

The Springhouse Lane home was purchased by Halladay and his wife in March 2010, The Philadelphia Inquirer said. Halladay retired in December 2013 after four seasons with the Phils.
