Woman Drugged, Forced Into Prostitution At Hotel By Delco Man: DA
Cornell Scott-Milbourne, 25, of Crum Lynne, is accused of trafficking women for prostitution at a Montgomery County hotel.

CRUM LYNNE, PA — A Delaware County man has been charged with sex trafficking crimes after authorities said he forced women into prostitution in Montgomery County.
Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said Cornell Scott-Milbourne, 25, of Crum Lynne, was taken into custody on numerous charges related to forcing women to engage in sex for his financial gain, as well as aggravated indecent assault, sexual assault and other charges.
The charges come after Montgomery County Detectives on May 10 got a tip from a concerned citizen that there may be prostitution activity occurring in two rooms at the Hampton Inn on Chemical Road in Plymouth Meeting.

That person said there were two men, three women, and a baby staying in the rooms.
Authorities said an investigation found the phone number provided to the hotel when renting the rooms was being used as the contact number in online advertisements offering sexual services.

A detective then responded to the ad by calling the number and was told the prices for various sexual services, according to the DA's office.
A search warrant was served on the hotel rooms, and one of the women gave a statement to detectives.
She said she was being held captive in the hotel room, given drugs and being forced to have sex for money with unknown men, but she did not keep any of the money, which went to Scott-Milbourne, the DA's office said. Detectives found more than $3,000 cash on Scott-Milbourne at the time of his arrest, according to the DA's office.
"This human trafficking arrest is the first arrest by the new Special Victims Unit of our Detective Bureau but it won’t be the last," Steele said. "Human trafficking is abhorrent and needs to be stopped."
Scott-Milbourne was charged with five first-degree felony counts of human trafficking—involuntary servitude, aggravated indecent assault of a child, sexual assault, multiple counts of promoting prostitution, living off prostitutes, and other crimes.
His bail was set at $1 million cash, and he was remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail. Scott-Milbourne's preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 25.
