Low-Cost Pet Microchip, Shot Clinics Coming To Delco Banks

MEDIA, PA – The Providence Animal Center in Media is gearing up for monthly low-cost pet microchip and vaccination clinics that will be held in Beneficial Bank branches across Delaware County. The clinic series begins Saturday, March 3 in Springfield.
The center is planning shot and microchip clinics at different Beneficial Bank locations in the county on the first Saturday of every month. Stay tuned to Patch for information on upcoming clinics.
From 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 3 at Beneficial Bank, 537 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, pet owners can get low-cost shots and microchips for their pets.

Shots range from $10 to $20 and include Dewormer, Distemper, Bordetella, Rabies, Lepto, Canine Flu (both offered), Lyme, FeLV (felines).
Microchips cost $35 a piece. The cost includes a lifetime registration for the pet.

As part of Providence Animal Center's Pit Bull Celebration Month, pit bulls can get $10 core vaccines and $25 microchips.
Appointments are not needed, but those looking to use the service must be in line by 11:30 a.m.
All dogs must be leashed and cats must be in carriers.
Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
