Media Financial Firm Expands By 6,700 square-feet

MEDIA, PA — The Keystone Property Group has approved a lease expansion for a Media-based financial services firm.

Keystone Property Group, a leading real estate developer, manager and investor of mixed-use properties, announced that it has signed lease expansions with existing tenants at four of its mixed-use office buildings in the Philadelphia area.

Among those is Janney Montgomery Scott.

Janney Montgomery Scott, a full-service financial services firm, relocated from Rosetree 1 to Rosetree 2 and expanded its footprint to 6,700 square-feet - an increase of about 20 percent - to provide for future growth and modernize its space. Situated at the intersection of Route 252 and Route 1, Rosetree 2 is located at 1400 North Providence Road in Media, and provides quick access to I-476 and I-95. Rosetree 2 features a vibrant six-story atrium lobby with modern, collaborative seating; a lobby-level outdoor patio and high-end grab-and-go food market; a new conference room with seating to accommodate 25+ people; and refinished common corridors.

The expansions, totaling more than 21,000 square feet, occurred at Valley Forge Office Center in Wayne; VEVA 17 in Blue Bell; and 225 City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.

Many of the buildings have undergone significant renovations and value-add reinvestment campaigns to improve the tenant experience and overall appeal.
