Great Place to Work recognizes outstanding workplace cultures and produces the annual Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work For®"
[Media, Pa.] – Great Place to Work Institute has certified Rose Tree Place, a Watermark Retirement Community, as a Great Place to Work. Great Place to Work recognizes outstanding workplace cultures and produces the annual Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work For®" among its other lists. For consideration on the Great Place to Work list, more than 3,000 Watermark associates at locations across the United States completed surveys.
To collect feedback from employees, Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, distributed surveys to evaluate more than 60 elements of their experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
“Rose Tree Place associates ranked their experiences with our community extremely favorably, with the categories measuring management’s credibility, a culture of respect, pride in one’s work and camaraderie among our team all receiving overall positive ratings by 80 percent or more of our surveyed employees,” said Rose Tree Place Executive Director Cynthia Evans. “These results are truly something to celebrate, because our associates’ enthusiasm and commitment directly impact our residents. Our team has made Rose Tree Place a vibrant community where everyone thrives.”

Among the highest scored questions by Rose Tree Place associates were those pertaining to management. In fact, 91 percent responded that management keeps them informed about important issues and changes, and 90 percent said that management trusts them to do their job well. Other highlights included 95 percent of surveyed associates noting that they feel good about the ways in which they contribute to the community through their work, and 92 percent saying that they view their work as more than “just a job.”
Rose Tree Place currently has positions open for medical technicians, certified nursing assistants and dining room servers.
