Watch Providence Animal Center Dogs Get Early Thanksgiving Dinner

MEDIA, PA — Dogs up for adoption at the Providence Animal Center got a nice treat Wednesday, as they were served an early Thanksgiving dinner.

Thanks to donations from Pet Supplies Plus in Woodlyn, all dogs in the shelter ate a Thanksgiving dinner Wednesday.

The shelter will be closed Thanksgiving Day, but is offering a great deal on adoptions for Black Friday.

Between noon and 7 p.m. on Nov. 29, the center is offering 75 percent off dog and kitten adoption fees and is making cat adoptions free.

Sixty puppies and kittens will be available for adoption along with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes.
