Wawa, 2SP Brewing Partner For New Limited Coffee Stout Beer

Coffee and beer are the most essential beverages behind water and milk. OK, that's just our opinion, but if you agree, you'll want to try the new lovechild drink from Wawa and 2SP Brewing Company.

The two Delaware County staples have partnered to offer for a limited time the Winter Reserve Coffee Stout beer.

Winter Reserve Coffee Stout is an oatmeal stout beer that features Wawa's limited edition Winter Blend coffee and is brewed by the Aston brewery's Head Brewer Bob Barrar.

According to Wawa, the beer has tastes of "sweet clove, dark chocolate and graham crackers," a nice combo for the coming winter months.

Cans of Winter Reserve Coffee Stout will officially be available to purchase the week of Dec. 10 through Origlio beverage at neighborhood bars, bottle shops, and distributors in the five Philadelphia county area. Only 1,000 cases will be available!

Before the beer officially hits the market, Wawa will host a Firkin Tapping event where the first 50 cases will be available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to two four packs per person.

The event will take be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6 at the Chadd's Ford Wawa, located at 721 Naamans Creek Road. Attendees will be able enjoy complimentary beer tastings, while supplies last.
