Grand Jury Indicts Moon Township Man on Fraud Charges
A Moon Township man is facing several charges of wire and mail fraud.

A federal grand jury in Pittsburgh has indicted a Moon Township man on charges of fraud spanning nearly a decade.
Ryan T. Blumling, 34, is facing a four-count indictment, including two charges of mail fraud and two counts of wire fraud, according to the United State Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
According to the United States Attorney, Blumling engaged in the fraud from 2005 through 2014, defrauding potential investors and potential borrowers by making false representations and failing to use funds consistent with the promises he made to investors.

If convicted of these charges, Blumling faces a maximum total sentence up to 20 years in prison, or fine up to $250,000 or both at each of the four counts.
Blumling is currently being held at the Allegheny County Jail on unrelated charges.
