Holy Trinity Catholic School Competes in Diocese of Pittsburgh Track and Field Championship

ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, PA (May 2016) — Holy Trinity Catholic School participated in the Diocese of Pittsburgh Track and Field Championship at Robert Morris University on Saturday May 14th, 2016. Metals were given to Andrew Marcello for third place in the JV boys 100 meters & Kennedy Walsh finished 2nd in the JV girls 100 and 200 meters races. The JV girls 4x400 meters team finished 2nd lead by Kate Mickle, Vanessa Betten, Kennedy Walsh and Chiara Golomb at the championship. Coach Golomb, Roberts and Strub were proud of all members of the team at the championship. Other participants at the competition were JV members Billy Fryer, Tony Cicchino, Alan Betten, Lorin Planinsic, Hunter Gorsuch. Amanda Strub, Cameron Hurwitz, Isabelle Kulak, Karolina Lucas, Cheyenne Gorsuch and Ethan Williams. Varsity members who participated were Lauren Zilner, Hannah Ye, Sasha Planinsic, Mara Fryer, Anna Rutkowski, Mark Roberts, Gianna Platt, Natalie Zurbola, Lydia Bell and Susan Betten.
