Input Sought For Campbells Run Road Bridge Project
Construction of the new bridge will force motorists to take a lengthy detour.
OBINSON TOWNSHIP, PA -- PennDOT and Allegheny County’s Department of Public Works are seeking input on the upcoming replacement of a bridge carrying Campbells Run Road over Campbells Run near the intersection with Keinters Lane.
The input is being sought on a presentation of preliminary details regarding the project, which includes replacing the current concrete encased I-beam span with a concrete box culvert. Construction is expected to occur in 2020 and will require a five-mile detour.
