Officers apprehended Wise in the hotel hallway. The woman "grabbed and clawed officers with her fingernails" to resist arrest, according to the complaint.
Wise, still on her phone, attempted to contact another member of her group as officers restrained her.
Police found Wise's white Chevrolet Cobalt parked in the hotel's parking lot. Two women, Melissa Evans, 24, and Caila Evans, 21, were found waiting for Wise. Carr wrote that the three used a cell phone to communicate with each other.
