The Allegheny County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest Tuesday.

ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, PA - A suspect in last month's armed holdup of Rossi's Market in Robinson was apprehended Tuesday by the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office. Tyler Rutherford, 33, of Thornburg was taken into custody.
Two employees of the market said that Rutherford entered on April 28 dressed in a hoodie and armed with a rifle and demanded cash, the sheriff's office stated in a release.
In addition to an arrest warrant for the robbery, Rutherford had two bench warrants for violation of probation-parole stemming from a theft and an escape, both in 2014. The warrants were issued on April 30th due to the alleged robbery, according to the sheriff's office.
